KG Investment Management works with a select group of institutional investors. By limiting its client base the company is able to gain a thorough understanding of each client's unique goals and to provide the highest level of personalized service available.
By using a cooperative team-building approach with "best of class" professionals and service providers most suited to each assignment or asset, the company uses its extensive local relationship network to help clients insightfully source, underwrite and finance new deals, maximize asset and portfolio holding period returns, and create the highest level of investor interest upon disposition.

The company was founded in 2001 by Steve Kramer and Rick Gervais, and currently employs 39 commercial real estate professionals in 6 locations in Washington and Oregon.
