STEVE KRAMER
PRINCIPAL
Steve Kramer is a co-founder of KG Investment Management. Over the past fifteen years he has accumulated extensive experience managing major institutional quality transactions for many of the premier US pension fund advisors, REIT's, life insurance companies and banking institutions.
He began his career with the Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa where he was West Coast Senior Regional Manager, responsible for acquisition, disposition, development and asset management of Principal's 10 million square foot office, industrial, and retail portfolio in the Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver markets.
After relocating to Seattle in 1993, Steve spent another eight years as a Principal with Martin Smith Real Estate Services where he was Director of Investment Services. Between 1993 and today Mr. Kramer's transactions on behalf of his clients totaled over $1 Billion, and in 2000 he was honored by Seattle's Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as a finalist for Broker of the Year.

RICK GERVAIS
PRINCIPAL
Rick Gervais is also a co-founder of KG Investment Management and over the past 20 years has gained extensive knowledge of the northwest real estate market.
He started his career as Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank Real Estate Division, directly sourcing and underwriting more than $300 million in construction and permanent financing.
Rick spent another 12 years with Spieker Properties and held the position of Senior Vice President in charge of their six million square foot office and industrial portfolio in the Puget Sound Region.
During his tenure with Spieker related companies, Rick was involved in the development, leasing and management of over ten million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
Rick spent six years in the Portland market and the last six years in the Seattle market, giving him expertise in two of the largest real estate markets in the Northwest.
